For Friday — order by Wednesday evening

Made with just three simple ingredients - flour, water and salt - and a long, slow fermentation process that delivers exceptional flavour, texture and freshness.

All plain breads are made with organic flour (including Artisan, Sandwich, J&C, and others), while Country Wilds and Wholemeal are not.

About Us

Hi, I’m Magda — the person behind this artisan sourdough bread business.

A few years ago, my life looked completely different. I worked in large companies, surrounded by fast-paced routines, deadlines, and convenience. Baking was never part of the original plan. In fact, by education, I’m not a baker at all.

And then sourdough found me.

What started as simple curiosity quickly became a passion — and eventually, a completely new way of life. I fell in love with the beauty of simplicity: just flour, water, salt, time, and patience creating something truly extraordinary.

Since then, I’ve spent years learning, experimenting, and travelling to professional courses to deepen my knowledge of fermentation, traditional baking methods, and the craft behind real bread. The more I discovered, the more I realised that sourdough is so much more than bread.

It’s a return to something real.

In a world where almost everything has become ultra-processed, rushed, and artificial, I truly believe we should look for simpler, more natural alternatives wherever we can. Of course, none of us can make everything from scratch anymore — and that’s okay. We may never fully go back to the way our grandparents lived, growing food in the garden and baking everything by hand.

But we can take small steps.

We can choose better ingredients.
We can slow down a little.
We can support passionate local businesses built with purpose and care.
And we can reconnect with real food again.

That’s my mission.

To prove that simplicity wins.
That less really does mean more.
And that even the smallest changes we introduce into our lives can make a meaningful difference over time.

For me, sourdough was one of those changes.

I still remember the first time I tasted real sourdough bread — and I genuinely want other people to experience that same feeling. The flavour, the texture, the slow fermentation, the care behind every loaf… you simply fall in love with it.

This business was built from passion, curiosity, and the belief that when you truly love what you do, nothing stands in the way of turning it into your life’s work.

Every loaf I make carries that philosophy:
slow fermentation, simple ingredients, traditional methods, and a lot of heart.

Thank you for being here and for supporting small, independent businesses like mine. It truly means the world.
