Artisan sourdough, baked fresh twice a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays. To make sure you don't miss out, orders need to be placed ahead of bake day.
Order deadlines:
For Wednesday — order by Sunday evening
For Friday — order by Wednesday evening

Made with just three simple ingredients - flour, water and salt - and a long, slow fermentation process that delivers exceptional flavour, texture and freshness.

All plain breads are made with organic flour (including Artisan, Sandwich, J&C, and others), while Country Wilds and Wholemeal are not.

Sourdough Bread

Sourdough bread is easier to digest thanks to its natural fermentation process, which breaks down gluten. It’s packed with nutrients like B vitamins, iron, and zinc, making it a healthy choice. The unique tangy flavor and chewy texture set it apart from regular bread.
