Fresh Sourdough
Baked to Order

Artisan sourdough, baked fresh twice a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays. To make sure you don't miss out, orders need to be placed ahead of bake day.
Order deadlines:
For Wednesday — order by Sunday evening
For Friday — order by Wednesday evening

Made with just three simple ingredients - flour, water and salt - and a long, slow fermentation process that delivers exceptional flavour, texture and freshness.

All plain breads are made with organic flour (including Artisan, Sandwich, J&C, and others), while Country Wilds and Wholemeal are not.

Workshops

Beginner Sourdough Workshop

Next workshop: 20th September | Soper & Co.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make real sourdough bread from scratch — but felt overwhelmed by all the information online?

This workshop was created exactly for that.

Join me for a relaxed, hands-on sourdough experience where I will guide you step by step through the foundations of sourdough baking in a simple, approachable, and enjoyable way.

Over 5–6 hours, we’ll slow down, get our hands in the dough, enjoy great conversation, and discover what sourdough is really about.

This is not about perfection.
It’s about confidence, simplicity, and learning real skills you can recreate at home.

You absolutely do not need any experience before joining.

I don’t expect you to leave as a professional baker — but I do want you to leave feeling fully confident to recreate everything we do together back at home.

What I Will Show You

During the workshop, I will show you step by step:

What sourdough actually is
How fermentation works
How to feed and look after your starter
How to mix and develop dough properly
Stretch & folds explained simply
Bulk fermentation and timing
Shaping techniques
How to use a banneton basket
Scoring and baking basics
Common beginner mistakes and how to avoid them
How to fit sourdough baking into real everyday life
This is a fully hands-on workshop, so you’ll be actively making dough yourself throughout the day — learning by doing, asking questions, and building confidence along the way.

What You’ll Take Home

At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home:

Your own sourdough dough in a banneton basket, ready to bake at home
Sourdough starter
Notes and guidance to recreate everything yourself
Scraper
Handmade wooden Lame to get the best scoring
The confidence to continue your sourdough journey independently

We’ll also do live bakes during the workshop so you can experience the full process, see how everything comes together, and of course enjoy some freshly baked sourdough together.

The Atmosphere

I really want these workshops to feel relaxed, welcoming, and inspiring — never intimidating.

Think:
flour-covered hands, warm bread, lots of questions, good conversation, learning together, and a beautiful slow atmosphere away from the rush of everyday life.

Whether you’re completely new to sourdough or have already tried baking at home before, this workshop is designed to help you finally understand the foundations properly and truly enjoy the process.

I can’t wait to bake with you ♡
